Marc Erickson

A Seattle native, Marc Erickson grew up surrounded by a family of real estate investors and entrepreneurs.  He developed a taste for the game from an early age when he realized he liked the idea of flipping houses when he was just 7 years old.

Marc started studying how to buy and finance Real Estate creatively in the mid 90's, and bought his 1st property in 98 with $500.00 cash and a creative structure.  He never looked back.  After honing his sales skills across several industries, Marc became a top residential and portfolio lender.  After the crash in 2008, he became an off-market acquisition specialist for one of the largest investor groups in the state.

Since then, Marc found Green Canopy Homes, where he sourced, structured, and ran their first projects.  He eventually helped them transition from being known as experts in the remodeling space, to becoming a leader in in-city infill development and new construction in Seattle and Portland.  Marc has also applied his considerable skill sets to a wide range of real estate specializations, including off market acquisition, flips, major rehabs and new construction.

Marc’s expertise in real estate is surpassed only by his sincere commitment to integrity and contributing to others.   When he’s not doing real estate deals, Marc is most likely coaching one of his two son’s sports teams.

Eric Ching

Eric always had a passion for music before he even considered DJing. He enjoyed searching and downloading new music on a regular basis to keep his music playlist up to date.

He was the one you would want to pass the AUX to in the car. Little did he know, this would set him up in the future. In college, he attended his first music festival and was really intrigued by the DJ's effort of how they kept the crowd engaged.

After further research, he bought his own DJ mixer and started to mix in his apartment for fun. He got his name out by DJing and throwing parties at his apartment. After graduation, he flew out to California to pursue music. He was selected as a one of the contestants in YourShot USA with Tiesto. T

here he got to re-learn and develop his DJing skills and techniques, as well as getting the chance to perform on a main stage in front of hundreds of people, Tiesto, and his team. Afterwards he stayed in California to finish music production school at Garnish Music Production.

His love for music still continues!

Brad Evans

Sounders FC Brand Ambassador

As Brand Ambassador, Brad Evans works across Sounders FC to represent the Club and RAVE Foundation in a number of ways, including public appearances, youth advocacy, media and broadcast work, community outreach and a variety of other duties.

Evans was an integral part of the team during his years on the field and his passion for the Seattle community was only rivaled by how greatly the community embraced him in return. Serving in the capacity of Brand Ambassador provides him the opportunity to continue affecting change in our region while once again representing the Rave Green.

Evans was selected by Seattle from Columbus in the 2008 MLS Expansion Draft, joining Sounders FC as a member of its inaugural-season roster. A key contributor for his nine seasons with the club, Evans recorded time at every field position and ranks second in all-time appearances for Sounders FC with 200 (not including postseason). Evans helped the Rave Green to four Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup trophies, the 2014 Supporters’ Shield and 2016 MLS Cup, with memorable moments ranging from scoring the club’s second goal in team history to successfully converting the opening penalty kick in the 2016 MLS Cup Final at Toronto. Last season during the club’s celebration of 10 years in MLS, Evans was voted by fans, media and high-level club stakeholders as part of the club’s MLS Best XI squad.

Off the field, Evans has always been equally dedicated. He has been a vocal advocate for LGBTQ rights, speaking out for inclusion, serving alongside Chad Marshall as the club’s Athlete Ally representatives and making league history as one of the first MLS captains to don a rainbow armband in support of Pride activities. He is a vocal advocate of play equity and using soccer as a vehicle to inspire kids and communities. Evans is also passionate about the environment and is a longtime supporter of Seattle Humane.
